Our goal at The Pampered Pet Hotel & Grooming Spa is to make your pet feel right at home. Boarding your dog at a familiar place with familiar faces and smells will make a difference in how they feel being away from you.
DOG HOTEL CHECK IN HOURS :
* Additional fees may apply if you do not check in within the designated check in hours.
- MONDAY – FRIDAY: 8:00 AM – 4:30PM
- SATURDAY: 9:00AM – 3PM
- SUNDAY: CLOSED
- Hours listed are current. Inquire for accommodations, please as always.
*We do require your dog/dogs are signed up for a playtime activity on the day of every other boarding.
DOG HOTEL CHECK OUT HOURS :
Dog Hotel and Kennel CHECK OUT TIME IS till 12:00PM.
Following 12PM dogs will be charged a DAY BOARDING fee of $25.00.
The exception to 12PM Dog Hotel and Kennel check outs are for our guests who are being groomed or are signed up for doggie daycare the day of check out from the hotel.
Holiday Hours & Rates:
During the holidays there will be an increased rate per night per dog. This is a result for additional labor, overtime, and staffing planning logistics. For the major holidays listed below there will be a MAXIMUM of 10% increase in rates.

DOG HOTEL & KENNEL BOARDING CHECKLIST
HOW IT WORKS?
FOOD?
We ask that you provide your pet with their own food. PLEASE individually sandwich bag your dogs meals- this ensures that proper amount of food is packed and makes feeding more accurate for staff. You can also bring treats as well. – WE DO NOT ACCEPT RAW FOOD. It is in your dog’s best interest to keep them on the same diet when they are away from home to avoid any stomach issues. We provide wet/ dry food at an additional cost charge per roll of FRESH PET brand food) in case of emergency.
Brining extra food is PRUDENT & HIGHLY recommended,.
MEDICATIONS?
We do administer oral, topical, and optical medication. There is a $5.00 medication fee per day. We ask that you bring your pill pockets, peanut butter or whatever you use to give your dog the provided medication. *We do not administer any injections**
TOYS?
One, two or three toys for your pup to play with and enjoy are welcome.
VACCINATIONS?
Are your vaccines up to date? Call your vet or take a picture and email us a copy. MUST BE CURRENT AND ON FILE AT TIME OF CHECK IN OR SERVICE WILL BE REFUSED
